Encryption
AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. All database connections are encrypted. Your deal data is protected at every layer -- at rest, in transit, and during processing. We use the same encryption standards as major financial institutions.
Data handling
You control your data lifecycle. Documents can be permanently deleted after analysis -- no shadow copies, no hidden backups. When you delete a deal, it's gone. We believe your data is yours, and you should decide how long it exists.
AI model training
Your data is never used to train AI models. Ever. This isn't buried in a Terms of Service footnote -- it's a core product commitment. We maintain a zero-data-retention agreement with our AI provider. Your deal documents are processed and the results are returned to you. Nothing is retained.
Access controls
No Drew employee has access to your deal documents. The analysis pipeline is fully automated, end-to-end. For team plans, role-based access controls let you manage who sees what. Your deal data stays within your team.
